Adding a 2010 Server to a 2007 AD -> they don't talk to each other
Hi, So far we had 2 2007SP2 Servers in our AD. Last week I installed a 2010 Server as well. Now when I open the Console on the 2010 Server, I only get to see my new server (it even says "Microsoft Exchange local (servername)". When I refresh the organisational status data it actually shows me there are 2 2007 servers. In the mailboxes list I see the mailboxes that reside on the 2007 server. But when I look under organizational configuration it only lists me the new 2k10 server. When I open the console on the existing server, it's the same -> I do not see the new 2k10 server. Is this... normal? Did I miss anything? Thanks, Chris

You cant see the 2007 servers from the 2010 EMC and vice versa.

Ok, so that's normal, thanks for the answer. Guess that was a pretty stupid question then :-)
